Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်
- Wine, Whisky, Beer နှင့် Alcohol များအကြောင်း ကောင်းမွန်စွာ နားလည်ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
- Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့် Budget အပေါ်မူတည်၍ သင့်တော်သော Liquor အမျိုးအစားများကို Professional ဆန်စွာ Recommend & Explain လုပ်နိုင်သူ
- Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills ရှိသူ
- Premium Customer များနှင့် VIP Customer Service ကို Professional ဆန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ
- Staff များအား Training ပေးနိုင်ပြီး Team Leadership & Team Management ကောင်းမွန်သူ
- Sales Growth အတွက် Promotion, Upselling, Cross-Selling စသည့် Sales Strategies များ ချမှတ်နိုင် သူ
- Sales Target / KPI များ သတ်မှတ်ပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်သူ
- Inventory/Stock Control/Stock Reconciliation များကို တိကျစွာ စီမံနိုင်သူ
- Product Display, Store Cleanliness နှင့် Premium Store Image ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူ
- Customer Experience ကို အမြဲတမ်း တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ
- Basic English Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Liquor Industry, Hotel, Bar, Restaurant စသည့်လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Sales Report, Stock Report နှင့် Daily/Monthly Performance Report များကို စနစ်တကျ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ
- တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ ရိုးသားမှုနှင့် Professional Work Ethic ကောင်းမွန်သူ
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holiday: One day per week
