Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
- Experience in the generator, power generation, industrial equipment, or machinery industry is an advantage.
- Strong technical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be car driving and has license.
- Willing to travel for customer visits, project sites, and business events.
Job Description
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their technical needs and requirements.
- Provide expert-level technical support and consultation during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Customize product solutions to meet specific customer needs and specifications.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Train customers on the use and maintenance of products, as needed.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
