Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Cosmetics, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
Job Descriptions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms with customers.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
