Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in seafood, frozen food, FMCG, or HORECA industries.
- Proven experience in handling hotel, restaurant, catering (HORECA), and supermarket clients.
- Experience in seafood product knowledge
- Ability to prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and grow sales in HORECA food service channels (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, institutions).
- Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, purchasing managers, and owners.
- Present products, conduct tastings, menu trials, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume deals, and promotional terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities.
- Plan and execute food service marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Work with chefs and outlets on menu placement, recipe development, and co-branding.
- Organize promotions, sampling, trade shows, food exhibitions, and chef events.
- Coordinate with digital and design teams for brochures, catalogs, POS materials, and social media content.
- Support distributor marketing activities and sales campaigns.
- Collect market insights and suggest new product ideas or improvements.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
