Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/General Management
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven decision-making and CRM proficiency.
• Ability to balance scientific accuracy with persuasive sales techniques.
• Age Range ( 30 to 35Yrs)
• Physical Appearance must be smooth. Good Personality and Hygiene
Job Descriptions
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Identify new opportunities and expand into new markets.
• Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and prepare reports.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Present and explain pharmaceutical products with scientific credibility.
• Monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and submit reports to senior management.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative), Sunday & Public Holidays.
