Job Descriptions

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, inventory, and collections.
Execute trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in FMCG, consumer products, automotive, or a related industry.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of distributor management and territory development.
A valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Upper Myanmar.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
