Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- At least 3+ years in retail, commercial real estate, or shopping center management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and target-driven mindset.
Job Descriptions
- Strategy development to achieve sales goals across leasing, sponsorships, and events.
- Guide, train, and manage the sales staff to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with retail tenants and the Marketing department on promotional strategies and events.
- Conduct competitor analysis and sales trend evaluations to unlock business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for Senior Management.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM
Holidays: One day per week
