Job Descriptions

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement aggressive business development strategies to meet and exceed monthly/annual retail sales targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a sales team, ensuring clear target setting, performance tracking, and professional development.
Partner & Stakeholder Management: Build, maintain, and expand strong working relationships with key business partners, retail networks, and internal cross-functional teams.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, retail channels, and market segments to enhance brand presence and distribution reach.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics, track team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports for management.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Address operational and sales challenges proactively to ensure smooth retail operations and target achievement.

Job Requirements

Highly energetic, target-oriented, and hardworking Business Development professional.
At least 3–5 years of Retail Sales experience in any sector is required; experience in the Financial Sector is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Graduation in any subject.
Must have at least 2 years of Team Handling experience.
A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales and distribution targets.
Should be able to Speak, Read, and Write English.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
