Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degee in any degree.
• Minimum 5 year of related Position
• Strong to Lead and manage the sales teams, Creating and Develop Strategies to increase revenue, buil strong customet relation
Job Descriptions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Plan and forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance.
• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Provide training, coaching and performance evaluations for sales staff.
• Allocate sales targets and territories effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, partners and distributors.
• Identify new projects, solar dealers and business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
• Monitor daily sales operations and ensure smooth processes.
• Ensure proper pricing, quotations, and proposals are provided to clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
Working Hours : 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
