Lead and manage the company’s overall sales and marketing activities, achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and improve market share and profitability.
Job Descriptions,
- Develop annual and monthly sales and marketing plans.
- Set sales targets for each channel, team, and individual.
- Monitor sales performance and achievement of targets.
- Develop new customers, dealers, projects, and business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Manage wholesale and modern trade sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and product pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers on new products and marketing activities.
- Review sales reports, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Control sales expenses and recommend ways to improve profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Report sales performance and business development plans to management.
Job Requirements,
- Any graduate with Sales & Marketing Diploma or Certificate.
- Need someone who has strong experience as sales and marketing manager for at least 5 years.
- Prefer candidates with experience in Construction Materials trading.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and attention to detail and work with high efficiency.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
