Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Jewelry သို့မဟုတ် Luxury ဆိုင်နယ်ပယ်တွင် Manager ဖြင့် အနည်းဆုံး (၂-၃) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- စကားပြောပြေပြစ်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ပြဿနာများကို အေးအေးဆေးဆေး ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိပြီး ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအရည်အချင်းရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မတ်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုအပြည့်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- ဆိုင်၏ နေ့စဉ် လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
- အရောင်းဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် ကြိုးစားရန်။
- Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို စိတ်တိုင်းကျဖြစ်စေရန် အကောင်းဆုံး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန်။
- ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း (Inventory Control) နှင့် ငွေစာရင်းများကို တိကျစွာ စစ်ဆေးရန်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ စည်းကမ်း၊ အဝတ်အစားနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပိုင်းကို အမြဲမပြတ် လေ့ကျင့်ပေးရန်။
Working Hours: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Monday
