- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in Sales Management
- Automotive / Lubricant / Tyre / Spare Parts experience preferred
Job Description
- Expand dealer and distribution network.
- Conduct market survey and competitor analysis.
- Develop pricing and promotion strategies.
- Monitor CRM and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop sales team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure product availability
- Identify, approach, and acquire New Customers, Dealers, and Business Partners
- Plan and monitor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 30PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays.
