Job Requirements
- Any graduate with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
- Minimum (5) years of proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, specifically within the Trading & Distribution industry or Pharmaceutical Field.
- Skill and Knowledge – Selling skill and advertising skill.
- Other-Must have good communication, relation skill, customer services and negotiation skill.
- Sales Target / prepared way plan / prepared sales contract / terms & condition / commission plan.
- Sales & marketing Budget preparation.
- Customer Care / Complain handling.
- Event Organization / Handle Brand Marketing.
Job Description
- Perform to sales strategy & marketing Strategy.
- Plan and implement for brand – building.
- Able to perform to sales target.
- Negotiating Sales contract, terms and conditions with customers.
- Research market for selling company’s product.
- Draw the marketing plan and take action plan by weekly, monthly / Yearly.
- Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation.
- Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets/ events, exhibition, media planning.
- Competitor analysis.
- Find new customer & project for company products and service to set Sales target.
Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
