Job Requirements
• ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည် (Business Administration, Marketing သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်များ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Sales & Marketing ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (3-5) နှစ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
• အထည်လိပ်၊ Fashion, Textile, FMCG သို့မဟုတ် Distribution လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Retail နှင့် Wholesale Customer Network များကို
• ကောင်းမွန်စွာစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Target များချမှတ်နိုင်ပြီး Achieve လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Market Survey, Competitor Analysis နှင့် Marketing Strategy များရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• Distribution Channel များ တိုးချဲ့နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
• Dealer / Customer Relationship ကောင်းမွန်စွာ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Negotiation Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Sales Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး Training & Motivation ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Social Media Marketing နှင့် Digital Marketing အခြေခံနားလည်မှုရှိရမည်။
• Problem Solving Skill နှင့် Reporting Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
• ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
• အသက် (25 – 40) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည် (လိုအပ်ချက်အရ ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်သည်)
• Textile / Garment Distribution Industry တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Existing Dealer Network ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Myanmar Market Trend များကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• English Language အခြေခံပြောဆိုရေးသားနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အရောင်း ပြည့်မီစေရန် Sales Plan များရေးဆွဲခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• လစဉ် / နှစ်စဉ် Sales Target များသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Marketing Campaign များ စီစဉ်ပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Product / Service များကို ဈေးကွက်တွင် Promote လုပ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အရောင်းရလဒ်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်သုံးသပ်၍ တိုးတက်အောင် ပြုပြင်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Key Customers များကို Maintain လုပ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Customer Satisfaction တိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Team Performance ကို စောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Business Opportunities အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Revenue တိုးတက်အောင် Strategies များတင်ပြခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Seleted Holidays
