Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
• At least five years of proven track record and significant experience in sales management, preferably within the education industry.
• Solid understanding of school operations, including administrative processes, class scheduling, financial and human resource management.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• Advance presentation Skills.
• Well experienced in Report writing with charts & diagram.
Sales and Customer Relation Management Responsibility
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
• Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Denitrify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer retention strategies and initiatives that enhance long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Actively gather feedback from parents and students to continuously improve the school’s programs, services, and overall customer experience.
School Operation Responsibility
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of programs and services to students and parents.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines that optimize workflow, enhance
• Productivity, and improve the overall functioning of the school.
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, staff coordination, resource allocation, and human resource management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety Standards
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Monday, Tuesday & Public Holiday
