Job Requirements

Any graduate
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in ISP, Telecom or related industries.
Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor / Team Leader is preferred.
Experience managing 5–10 sales staff or a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Strong customer acquisition and sales skills.
Able to manage and motivate a target-driven sales team.
Able to work with monthly targets and performance-based incentives.
Good knowledge of Yangon areas and townships is an advantage.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Able to travel within assigned sales areas when required.

Job Descriptions

Supervise and manage 5–10 Sales Representatives.
Set and monitor monthly sales and customer acquisition targets for the sales team.
Initially, each Sales Representative is expected to secure a minimum of 10 customers per month.
Accordingly, the initial team target will be approximately 50–100 customers per month, depending
on team size.
Assign sales areas and daily activities to Sales Representatives.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching and support.
Follow up on customer leads and ensure successful customer conversion.
Ensure customer applications, contracts and eligible invoices are properly completed.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Technical and Billing teams to support customer activation.
Ensure the sales team follows company policies, pricing and procedures.
Support the company in achieving monthly customer and revenue targets.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday (alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
