Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။ Sales/Marketing/Business Diploma ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
- FMCG/distribution sales အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ်နှင့် supervisor အတွေ့အကြုံ ၁ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- Distributor management၊ negotiation၊ reporting နှင့် team leadership ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- Excel နှင့် sales report ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။ ယာဉ်မောင်းလိုင်စင်ရှိသူအားသာချက်ရှိသည်။
- Prefer who is previous working experience in Tissue Company.
Job Descriptions
- လစဉ်အရောင်း target၊ route plan နှင့် coverage plan ရေးဆွဲခြင်း။
- Distributor၊ sub-distributor၊ လက်ကားဆိုင်များကို စီမံခြင်း။
- အရောင်း၊ stock၊ ageing၊ return၊ ပျက်စီး/သက်တမ်းနီးကုန်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- ငွေကောက်ခံမှုနှင့် outstanding များကို နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ်စစ်ဆေး၍ overdue များလိုက်လံဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
- Field coaching၊ market visit နှင့် performance review ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- ပြိုင်ဘက်ဈေးနှုန်းနှင့် promotion များလေ့လာ၍ report တင်ခြင်း။
- Warehouse၊ Logistics၊ Finance၊ Marketing တို့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
