Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales supervision or sales team management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives and Sales Drive
- Develop and implement customer visit plans (PJP – Permanent Journey Plan).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Support the execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales team.
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments from customers.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and sales route management.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
