Job Description
- Manage and support distributors to improve and secondary sales
- Monitor distributor stock levels, sales performance, and credit control
- Ensure proper market coverage through effective beat plaining and route optimization
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Guide and motivate the field sales team / sales representative to achieve targets
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in distribution-led business
- Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Retail / Consumer Goods is an advantage
- Strong understanding of distribution management and channel sales
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Management and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales Reporting, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
