Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and business administration diploma.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the teaching and training field.
- Sales training experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and retail operations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- Beauty product knowledge is a plus,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in retail environment.
- Design, develop, and implement tailored training programs for retail stores team
- Create training materials and deliver engaging sessions
- Educate on sales techniques, beauty product knowledge, and customer engagement
- Provide onboarding for now hires and maintain materials
- Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback
- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to reflect changes in products,
- processes, and market trend
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your own knowledge and skills in training and development
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
