- Teaching experience အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- International School တစ်ခုခု၌ အတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး ၁ နှစ်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်သူ၊ မိမိအလုပ်ကိုတန်ဘိုးထားသူ၊ ရိုးသားကြိုးစား၍ အဖွဲ့ကိုဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
