Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and implement accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop Chart of Accounts, accounting processes, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts.
  • Handle tax filings, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ACCA Part 2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
