Job Descriptions

Prepare branch financial forecasts and annual budgets.
Monitor, track, and control department-wise expenditure.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial statements on time.
Manage and monitor daily payments and cash flow operations.
Monitor and control Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Maintain and update aging schedules for timely collections and payments.
Manage intercompany cost allocations according to the management agreement.
Provide strong support to the Chief Accountant (CA) for financial audits and compliance.
Schedule and conduct regular physical verification of fixed assets.
Plan and manage periodic physical stock-taking and inventory audits.

Job Requirements

Age between (25 ~ 35).
Any Bachelor Degree (Preferable with ACCA Part 1/ B. Com/ Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI – III).
High Expertise in accounting software.
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in related field.
Strong ability to collaborate well with other to accomplish the result.
Able to travel to farm once a month or as needed.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
