Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, ACCA Part Qualification, LCCI Level III, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of costing, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare monthly cash budgets and cash flow reports
- Review daily cash transactions, inventory movements, and production reports
- Process supplier payments and maintain accounts payable records
- Record journal entries and ensure accurate accounting records
- Reconcile supplier balances and conduct monthly inventory stock counts
- Calculate production costs and analyze manufacturing expenses
- Prepare Financial Statements, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements
- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit processes
- Report directly to the Finance Manager and Chief Accountant
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
