Job Description
• Preparing and maintaining accounts in the accounting software.
• Monitoring advance payments given to staff and vendors and reporting to the Head of Department (HOD) on a regular basis
• Managing day to day banking and communicating with the banks and monitoring bank reconciliations.
• Managing the account receivables including invoicing, debts collections, cash application and manage AR team.
• Daily reporting on cash and bank transaction of the receipts and payments of the Company
• Monitor customer accounts for due balances and report.
• Resolve customer payment issues and disputes.
• Preparing and maintaining accounts and proper financial records and reports related to accounts receivable.
• Preparing Revenue Reconciliations and reporting on it.
• Coordinating with internal/external auditors with regard to the book of accounts and clarifications sought.
• Preparing the Commercial Tax statement and Returns
• Monthly reporting to Myanmar Port Authority (MPA) 1
• Quarterly Reporting to Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC).
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies and local laws and regulations.
Qualification
• B.Com., BA (Eco) or any Graduate, must have LCCI III. ACCA (Part 2) is preferable.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field (Preferable in Logistics Company) •
• Must have experience about accounting software and MS Office
• Able to communicate in English and good team work skills
• Good in English 4 Skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
