Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of import costing, landed cost, inventory valuation and tax matters.
Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Monitor import-related cost, landed costs, customs duties, taxes and other import expenses.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger (GL), fixed assets and taxation.
Prepare and review bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation and customer balances.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns; prepare tax forms and submit reports to IRD.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Accounting Standards, tax regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bank and other authorities.
Establish and improve accounting procedures, internal controls and financial procedures.
Lead and supervise the accounting team.
Provide financial analysis and advice to management for business decision-making.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
