Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct for update vehicles insurance and vehicles license.
- Contact with finance department for vehicles maintenance charges payment.
- Report & Record keeping of supervisor incident, accident case of vehicles.
- Perform and contact to supplier for building maintenance (Lighting, Aircon, Phone, Water supply, etc.) and office used equipment.
- Contact and perform to showroom maintenance (Lighting, Aircon, Sticker, Phone, Water supply, Sign board. Etc.)
- Conduct and perform to external relation of Government office, Bank and Supplier.
- Support to HR Process. (SSB, Attendance, Leave, Lunch provided list for APS, Resign)
- Manage and maintain inventory records for EV car spare parts, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing parts as required.
- License extension process and government relation process.
Skill Requirements
- Any graduated. Certificate in Administration (or) Office.
- Must have (2) Years’ experience in administration field.
- Able to drive (Holding B License).
- Must have good communication skill.
- Able to travel and go outside.
- Good in external relation such as government office.
- Good in computer skill.
Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
