Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably handling large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural rendering software.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, code compliance, and construction detailing.
- Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
