Job Requirements
- B.Arch/BE(Civil) /Engineering Diploma
- Working Experiences – Minimum 10 years of drafting experience in Industrial, Commercial, Residential, or Construction projects
- Auto CAD
- Sketch Up,
- Revit Architecture & Structure Essential,
- V-ray Rendering other 3D Rendering Software.
- Strong knowledge of structural detailing, construction drawings, and engineering drafting standards.
- Familiarity with shop drawing preparation, as-built documentation and BIM coordination.
Job Description
- Prepare proposal drawings, site layouts, concept plans, structural details, shop drawings, and as-built drawings according to project requirements.
- Review and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and multidisciplinary drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and smooth construction.
- Coordinate with Project Directors, Engineers, Architects, QS, and site teams to resolve drawing and construction
- Manage drawing tasks, revisions, and document control to ensure timely and well-organized project deliverables.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify construction conditions and update drawings accordingly.
- Guide Junior Draftsmen and Coordinators in drafting standards, drawing interpretation, and proper documentation, while supporting the Section Head in drawing reviews and technical coordination
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
