Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support business and sales targets.
- Manage key marketing modules, including social media, digital marketing, campaign planning, BTL activities, branding materials, and channel marketing.
- Independently plan, execute, and review marketing campaigns from proposal to final result analysis.
- Manage marketing budget and evaluate ROI to improve spending efficiency.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, assign tasks, follow up progress, and ensure high-quality execution.
- Work closely with sales and channel teams to improve brand exposure, customer reach
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with team management experience preferred.
- Familiar with different marketing functions, such as social media, campaign, BTL, media buy, and channel marketing.
- Strong ability in campaign planning, execution, data analysis, and post-campaign review.
- Good budget management skills and strong ROI awareness.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Result-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday(Need to attend first and last Saturday of monthly)
