Job Requirements
- Must be a holder of a B.E. / B.Tech. / A.G.T.I. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least (5) years of proven experience as an M&E Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Experience in High-Rise Building or Factory construction projects is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage onsite challenges.
Job Description
- Supervision: Supervise sub-contractors and site workers systematically to ensure installation meets quality standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical difficulties and M&E conflicts that arise in the workplace immediately.
- Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Civil Engineers and Architects to ensure smooth site operations.
- Reporting: Write and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager systematically.
- Drawing Verification: Read, review, and verify M&E shop drawings and schematic diagrams before execution.
- System Inspection: Oversee the testing and commissioning of the following systems:
- Electrical: Building wiring, transformers, generators, and switchboards.
- Mechanical/HVAC: Air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Plumbing & Sanitary: Water lines, sewage lines, and utility lines.Fire Fighting: Firefighting piping and fire alarm systems.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 6: 00P.M
Holiday : A day per week
