Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, Office network devices including routers, and switches.
- Daily Monitoring, managing, and maintaining computer systems, office network, and office devices.
- Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the Digital out of Home errors (On-site fixing)
- Solving problems for users with remote softwar
- Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Lead and troubleshoot system, network, and office CCTV problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Research new products, new technologies evaluation
- Available to travel for the Digital out of Home Projects
- Assisting to Network and Infrastructure Manager for Network implementation and maintenance
- Supporting the employees whenever they encounter challenges with computer and network devices.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate with Diploma or Certificate with relevant subjects in IT or equivalent
- Must be Certified to have A+ and Network+, MTCNA, MCSA, Linux, and CCNA (Cisco)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN networks, involving devices such as Routers, Switches, Wireless Routers, Access Points, and Backup servers.
- Good at English skills in both written and verbal
- Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with positive attitudes
- Can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Availability to travel
