Job Requirements
- B.E/B-Tech/AGTI (Civil)
- Quantity Surveying / Tendering / Planning field တွင် 2–5 years’ experience ရှိရမည်။
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel နှင့် Microsoft Project ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- Strong analytical, reporting နှင့် communication skills ရှိရမည်။
- Team work လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး independently လည်း လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Site နှင့် office အကြားလိုအပ်ချက်ရှိခဲ့လျှင် သွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။.
Key Responsibilities
- BOQ, Quantity Take-Off (QTO), cost estimation နှင့် tender documents များပြင်ဆင်တင်သွင်းခြင်း။
- Project budget ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် cost control monitoring ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Progress claims, Variation Orders (VO) နှင့် subcontractor payment documents ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
- Material procurement coordination နှင့် supplier quotation comparison ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Project schedule ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် site progress monitoring လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Drawing revision, as-built drawings နှင့် project documentation ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Cost report, progress report နှင့် management report များပြင်ဆင်တင်သွင်းခြင်း။
- Client, consultant, subcontractor နှင့် internal team များနှင့် coordination လုပ်ခြင်း။
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
