Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Above 2 years of sales and marketing experience
• Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Assertiveness and confidence
• Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
Job Descriptions
• Customer service for active customers
• Be the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Follow up regularly after customer buying to ensure client satisfaction
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
• Pass on issues to account managers when needed
• New customer acquisition
• Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
• Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email, etc. to meet sales targets
• Send reports on sales activity, account status, and possible issues
• Complete the sales task assigned by the company
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM To 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM, 12:00 PM To 8:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week
