Job Requirements
- အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင် သို့မဟုတ် ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။ Sales training ရှိသူအားသာချက်ရှိသည်။
- FMCG/distribution field sales အတွေ့အကြုံ ၁ နှစ်ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Communication၊ persuasion၊ negotiation နှင့် customer service ကောင်းရမည်။
- သတ်မှတ်နယ်မြေအတွင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်ပါက နယ်ခရီးသွားနိုင်ရမည်။
- ငွေကောက်ခံမှုတွင် ရိုးသားတာဝန်ယူပြီး smartphone နှင့် basic sales report အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- သတ်မှတ် route နှင့် daily journey plan အတိုင်း ဆိုင်များသို့သွားရောက်ခြင်း။
- Tissue၊ wet tissue၊ diaper၊ soap နှင့် trading products များရောင်းချ၍ daily/monthly target ပြည့်မီခြင်း။
- ဆိုင်အသစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီး retailer၊ wholesaler နှင့် dealer များနှင့်ဆက်ဆံရေးထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Order မှန်ကန်စွာယူ၍ ဈေးနှုန်း/promotion အတည်ပြုပြီး delivery အချိန်မီရောက်ရန်ညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။
- Company procedure အတိုင်း ငွေကောက်ခံ၍ cash/transfer အထောက်အထား အချိန်မီအပ်နှံခြင်း။
- Outlet များတွင် stock၊ display၊ price tag၊ competitor၊ damaged/near-expiry items စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Promotion၊ sampling၊ merchandising နှင့် market survey လုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- နေ့စဉ် sales၊ visit၊ collection နှင့် market feedback report မှန်ကန်စွာတင်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
