Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or Not.
- Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2years of sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as required.
Job Descriptions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with product information.
- Ensure proper execution of sales promotions and marketing activities.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Support the Sales Supervisor in managing sales territories and customer coverage.
- Assist in training and coaching junior sales staff.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
