Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of site experience (building construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Descriptions
• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timeline
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Manage site workforce, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Solve technical issues and provide on-site guidance
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative) Sunday & Public Holidays
