Job Requirement
- Education: Graduate / MBA / certificate course in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive SCM experience.
- Leadership: 3+ years in a people management or supervisory role.
- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data tools (MS office, Excel, Power BI).
- Certifications: APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Job Descriptions
- Develop long-term strategies to align the company supply chain with corporate growth targets.
- Lead SCM team and operations planning (S&OP) processes to balance demand forecasts with capacity.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, and inventory turnover. Sourcing & Procurement
- Oversee vendor selection and maintain key strategic supplier relationships globally.
- Negotiate high-value contracts to secure favorable pricing, quality, and payment terms.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by developing robust backup sourcing plans.
- Contract negotiations: Able to understand the vendor / suppliers’ requirements & match with company process and finalize the contracts Logistics & Inventory Control
- Optimize distribution networks including warehousing, freight, and last-mile delivery.
- Manage inventory levels using MRP systems to reduce carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with international trade, customs, and safety laws. Process Excellence & Team Management
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile supply chain methodologies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of planners, buyers, and logistics specialists.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
