Job Requirement
- BE (Mechanical Power).
- Above 8 years’ service experience in Heavy Machinery field.
- Age-Between 25 to 40 years old.
- Ability to do multi-tasking professionally under pressure.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Power Point presentation.
- Supporting and collaboration with colleague.
- Must be disciplined and able to work long term.
- Must be good in health.
- Must be able to Traveling.
- Must have valid driving license and driving skill.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare to go to jobsite (Money, blank service reports, tools, service literatures, spare parts)
- Go to the jobsite & fix the following machine problems.
- Perform any engine major overhaul as a leader
- Perform all hydraulic components reseal/overhaul as a leader
- Perform all troubleshooting on any machine problems as a leader
- Use service software (DMS, SAD, Service Analyzer) to get machine information & recorded data
- Use EPC software proficiently and find correct part number for damaged parts
- Prepare Recommended Overhaul/Repair Parts List for any machine repair
- Prepare warranty claim documents & submit it to related department
- Conduct OJT to junior serviceman
- Instruct juniors for troubleshooting steps
- Arrange proper job assign on technicians based on their competency level
- Read all service reports and write down comments
- Conduct failure analysis on any abnormal parts damage
- Innovate special tools for speedy and easier service repairs
- Communicate from Job site to service admin for money, parts requirement to fix the machine problem
- Communicate from Job site to service supervisor for technical support & instruction to fix the problem
- Take short video/ photos on any abnormality of problem machine
- Write down Service Reports & get customer’s signature, name & contact number
- Submit travel claim, taxi charges claims, outsources charges claim
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00 PM)
Saturday (8:00AM to 12:00 PM)
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
