Job Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of retail floor management experience in the fashion retail industry
• Any graduate or Diploma in Business Management or a related degree
• English speaking & writing skills, Effective oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving skills, Team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Leadership & Management Skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Descriptions
• Communicate, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective store operations
• Contribute to a positive team environment and keep the store operating to standard
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Models a customer comes first attitude, delivers legendary customer service and supervises the team to ensure they are delivering legendary customer service
• Review store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to the team to achieve operational goals.
• Motivate the team (operations & supporting) to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Handle and solve customer complaints in professional manners/ways
• Attending and sharing meetings/presentations. Provide & organize the training for customer service and sales development and skills for leadership
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Implement the company programs by working directly with the team to execute action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
