Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (E. or B.Tech Civil).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven working experience as a Site Engineer in building or infrastructure construction projects. (Fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds may be considered for Junior roles).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.Practical knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office (Excel/Word).Familiarity with site leveling instruments (Total Station / Auto Level) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage site workers and sub-contractors.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to changing weather conditions, and handle high-pressure environments to meet tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Site Supervision: Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure work progresses according to engineering designs and technical specifications.
- Quality & Safety Control: Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards; enforce site safety regulations strictly.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly progress against the project schedule and report any delays or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Technical Guidance: Interpret architectural/structural drawings (blueprints) and provide clear instructions to foremen, site supervisors, and sub-contractors.
- Setting Out & Leveling: Perform and check site surveys, setting out, and leveling activities before construction work begins.
- Material Management: Check and verify the quality and quantity of incoming construction materials on-site to minimize waste and delay.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site diaries, workforce records, and progress photos. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly site progress reports.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazetted holidays
