Job Description

Creates site status and progress reports and maintains precise records of aluminium work and ornamentation.
Understand the decoration and aluminium product design, decoration, customer requirements, quality, and standards.
Help the site manager with reviews and comments on shop drawings, architecture design drawings, method of statement, material list, technical specifications for purchases, testing, and commissioning of aluminium and decorative work.
Help the site manager analyse the material specifications to make sure that the contract’s quality requirements and the design specifications for decoration and aluminium work have been appropriately carried out.
Take part in routine site visits, observe, and report any workmanship, installation technique, flaws, safety, procurement, etc. to the relevant decoration and aluminium contractor.
From the planning and layout ideas to the final handover, oversee, monitor, and record every stage of the decoration and aluminium work.
With the help of the site manager, make sure that all as-built quantities and decorative drawings are accurate.
Perform a handover inspection and document any decoration and aluminium work defects.
Assist the site manager in closing out the aluminium and decorating work paperwork.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5:30 P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays
