Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or decoration projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation methods.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and site coordination.
- Good understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours when project schedules require.

Job Descriptions
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and decoration works on site.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage on site.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for progress claims and variations.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate project schedules with all stakeholders.
- Support project handover, snag list rectification, and final inspections.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
