Job Descriptions
- Drawing, BOQ နှင့် Specification များကို နားလည်ပြီး Site Work များကို အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ရန်။
- Daily Site Work များကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်၍ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Schedule အတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Site တွင် Labor, Material နှင့် Equipment များကို ထိရောက်စွာ အသုံးပြုရန်။
- Construction Method နှင့် Technical Requirement များအတိုင်း အလုပ်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုကို စစ်ဆေးရန်။
- Site Measurement နှင့် Work Done Quantity များကို တိုင်းတာ၍ QS ထံ ပေးပို့ရန်။
- Material အသုံးပြုမှုနှင့် Wastage များကို ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။
- Daily Progress Report နှင့် Site Record များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရန်။
- Drawing Issue, Site Problem နှင့် Technical Issue များကို Project Manager နှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း ဖြေရှင်းရန်။
- QA/QC Engineer နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Inspection Request, Material Inspection နှင့် Quality Control ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- HSE Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Site Safety စည်းမျဉ်းများ လိုက်နာစေရန်။
- Subcontractor နှင့် Labor Team များကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံရန်။
- Client, Consultant နှင့် Site Coordination များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- As-Built Drawing အတွက် Site Actual Condition Data များကို ပေးပို့ရန်။
- Project ကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Quality, Cost နှင့် Time အတိုင်း ပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Job Requirements
- BE or AGTI or BTech Civil ဘွဲ့ရ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃-၅) နှစ်ရှိရပါမည်။
- Site လုပ်ငန်းများကို စိတ်ပါဝင်စား၍ သင်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
