Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil).
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction field as a QS Engineer.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal & coordination skills with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Job Descriptions
- Preparing operating budgets for projects and managing budget control.
- Preparing and planning the process of cash flow for the project budget
- Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and taking off measurements/quantities from architectural and structural drawings.
- Performing site measurements with contractors to verify actual work completed on-site.
- Checking and evaluating monthly progress claims and Variation Orders (VO) from contractors.
- Coordinating with project coordinators, site teams, contractors, and client representatives.
- Reporting project financial status and progress regularly to the Project Manager or Project Director.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
