Job Description
- Supervise store employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient store operations.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that the store has adequate stock at all times.
- Ensure that the store is neat and well-stocked at all times.
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and ensure the security of store assets.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that the store has the necessary resources to meet management needs.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Any Graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in store management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
- Knowledge of construction materials, Stocks, and equipment is a plus.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry, Meal allowance (2500kyats per day ), and Uniform will be provided
