Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant filed, or an equivalent diploma or professional certification.
- At least 3 years experience in related field.
- Proficient in English and advanced computer skills, with a professional, ethical, and positive work attitude.
- Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong capability in planning, prioritizing, delegating work.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in handling documents, data, and processes.
- Able to adjust to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for coordinating import license management, shipment processes, and documentation activities to support smooth and timely inbound logistics operations.
- The position monitors shipment arrival, clearance processes, and regulatory compliance requirements to maintain operational continuity and compliance standards.
Working Hours: 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
