Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Industrial engineering (or) Diploma of Supply Chain and Logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management role or industrial facilities management role.
- Proven skills in Supply chain activities including logistics, inventory, and warehousing management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Can-do attitude & strong strategic thinking
- Solid in data analytics
- Well versed with project management processes/implementation
- Knowledge of SQL system and BI tools is a clear advantage.
- Fluent in English Speaking Skill
- Knowledge about sustainability is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Planning:
- Develop strategic plans and tactics for the agribusiness (Fertilizer and plant protection) supply chain, considering factors like demand forecasting, production capacity, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Procurement and Vendor Management: - Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials, packaging, and other resources necessary for the production,
Inventory Management: - Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence and waste, and ensure product availability.
- Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks in the agrochemical supply chain, such as supply disruptions, transportation delays, and regulatory compliance issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize supply chain management systems and analytics tools to gather and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as product demand, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
- Raw Import Logistics and distribution.
- Coordinate the transportation and distribution of the products, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, managing carrier relationships, and optimizing delivery schedule which involves managing warehousing operations, inventory tracking, and coordinating with dealers.
- Manage the end-to-end import processes, including coordinating with suppliers, Freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods
Working Hours: 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
