Job Requirements
• Any graduate
• Minimum 4 years of experience in TE Implementation
• Must be a Myanmar national
• Prior experience in 5G / 4G LTE telecom projects is an advantage
• Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting)
• Proficiency in English for communication and reporting
• Ability to use MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (for site visits)
• ·Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Job Descriptions
• Manage the end-to-end TE implementation activities of the 5G project
• Develop and execute project scope, timeline, budget, and resource plans
• Supervise TE site installation, commissioning, integration, and acceptance activities
• Coordinate among subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project progress and report regularly to senior management
• Perform risk management and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting
Working Hours: 8:30 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
