Job Requirements
- 4 years and above experience in the System Development field (Java, Oracle DB, Postgres SQL DB)
- At least 1 year of experience in progress management, quality control, QA, and issues management
- Strong interest in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology and taking challenges of new technology such as the Data Integration Platform
- Willing to take challenges, and work with the team actively
- Must have problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
- Must have Japanese Level N4 and above
- Able to communicate with team and customers actively
- Salary is 700,000 – 1,100,000 MMK (depending on experience).
Job Description:
- System Development (Especially in the Design Document Phase to the Integration Testing Phase)
- Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management
- Understand all member’s skill-set and assign tasks effectively
- Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
- Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and report to leaders and PM effectively
- Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
